Quick answers about how ZT Tech Academy works.
What do I need to get started?
A computer, tablet or phone with a web browser and an internet connection. That is all. The labs run in your browser, so there is nothing to install and no hardware to buy.
Do I need special software or equipment?
No. Every lab runs in your browser. Where a course talks about real equipment, we show you how it works with diagrams and simulations first.
How do the free courses work?
Create a free account and enroll. Free courses include the lessons, labs and quizzes, and your progress is saved. No card is needed.
How do the paid courses work?
You pay once per course. There is no subscription. You keep access for as long as we offer that course.
What is your refund policy?
If a course is not right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and before you have completed more than 30% of it, and we will refund the purchase price. After that, purchases are final.
Do I get a certificate?
When you finish every lesson in a course that offers one, you can get a ZT Tech Academy certificate and badge. They show you finished our course. They are not industry certifications and are not issued by any vendor.
