Who we are

ZT Tech Academy ("we", "us") provides hands-on networking and IT training from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA. Questions: [email protected].

Your account

You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree on your behalf. Keep your password private. An account is for one person and may not be shared or resold. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Courses and access

A paid course gives you personal, non-transferable access for as long as we offer that course. Course videos, labs, quizzes and other material belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, record, redistribute or resell them. Free courses may be changed or removed at any time.

Payments

Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout. Access begins once your payment is confirmed.

Refunds

If a course is not right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase and before you have completed more than 30% of it, and we will refund the purchase price. After that, purchases are final.

No guarantee of results

Quizzes, labs and practice exams show where to focus your study. They do not predict or guarantee a result on any vendor or certification exam, a job, or a pay increase. Our questions are written by us and are not real exam questions.

Labs and simulators

Labs and simulators are teaching tools. They imitate real equipment and software, and commands or output may differ from the real thing. Do not rely on them for production changes.

Certificates and badges

A certificate or badge shows that you finished a ZT Tech Academy course. It is not an industry certification and is not issued by any vendor.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its labs, share your login, or use course material to train AI models or build a competing product.

Trademarks

ZT Tech Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Aruba, Cisco or any other vendor. Product names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe what a course covers.

Liability

The service and course material are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
