What we collect

Your email address and username, your password (stored only as a secure hash), your course progress, quiz and exam results, certificates and badges, and purchase records. Our servers log basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.

Payments

Card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and never reach our server. Stripe processes them under its own privacy policy.

How we use it

To run your account, show your progress, send account emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset, receipts), process payments, prevent abuse, and improve our courses. We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising trackers.

Who else sees it

Only service providers we need to operate the site: Stripe (payments), our hosting and email providers, Cloudflare (network protection), and our video host (Bunny or Vimeo), which may receive your IP address when a video plays. Your certificate verify page shows your name or username, the course and the date, and is public to anyone with its link.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for login and security, plus your light or dark theme setting stored in your browser.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is open. Email [email protected] to get a copy of your data or to delete your account. We may keep purchase records as required for tax and accounting.

Children

The service is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new date above.
